About the event
As America marks the 250th anniversary of the birth of our nation, communities across the country will gather to honor the moment the Declaration of Independence was first publicly read aloud on July 8, 1776, in Philadelphia’s town square.
Join the Beltrami County Historical Society at Paul & Babe for a special community reading of the Declaration of Independence led by local citizen-volunteers. This meaningful event offers an opportunity to reflect on the words that shaped a nation and celebrate 250 years of American history, freedom, and community spirit.
Limited seating will be available for elders and guests requiring assistance.
