Join Planned Parenthood for an informative workshop on the many menstrual product options available today. This session will cover traditional products, such as pads and tampons, as well as sustainable alternatives, including menstrual cups, period underwear, and reusable pads.
Learn about the pros and cons of different products, cost comparisons, environmental impacts, and tips for finding what works best for your body and lifestyle. Product samples and educational materials will be available. Bring ALL your questions!
This workshop is designed to be inclusive of all who menstruate, regardless of gender identity. Both new and experienced menstruators are welcome to attend and learn about the latest options for managing their periods. FREE - No registration required, seating first-come, first-served!
